Start with a quick answer below. If something still looks wrong, email a real person who knows Sandline and can trace the account, event, payment, or result.
Most account and event questions can be solved without waiting for a reply.
Reset a password, finish account setup, or get back into Sandline.

Reset your password →Create or sign in to your personal account, then enter the four-letter claim code the organizer gave you. Claiming brings the guest's eligible Sandline history onto your account.
Open guest claiming →Open My Events. It gathers your pickup RSVPs, league and tournament entries, scheduled matches, waitlists, and anything that still needs attention.
Open My Events →Card and Suns payments should update automatically. Venmo payments are confirmed by an organizer and may take a little longer to appear. Email the event name and the email on your Sandline account if the status still looks wrong. Never send a card number or password.
Yes. Email the event, match or pickup date, the teams or players involved, and the result you expected. Sandline can review the source game instead of manually changing a single total.
Open the event's rules before withdrawing. Tournament refund timing and event-specific instructions are shown in the canonical Sandline rules and on the registration flow. Contact Sandline before filing a payment dispute so the registration can be reviewed correctly.
Read tournament refund rules →Include the email on your Sandline account, the event or team name, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots are welcome. Sandline is community-run, so replies may not be instant.
