Copyright & DMCA Policy

Sandline respects copyright and expects members to upload only content they have the right to share. This page explains how to report allegedly infringing user content and how counter-notices are handled.

Effective October 8, 2026Version 2026-10-08-v1

1. Copyright complaints

If you believe content hosted by Sandline infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the Sandline content or location you want reviewed, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to hello@sandlinetulsa.com or by mail to 4209 s. Rockford Ave. Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74105. Please include “Copyright Notice” in the subject line when emailing.

2. What Sandline may do

Sandline may remove or disable access to content while a claim is reviewed, notify the member who posted it, preserve limited records needed to handle the dispute, and take other reasonable steps required by law or our Terms of Service.

3. Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed content and its former location, stating under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, providing your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and including your physical or electronic signature.

Valid counter-notices may be forwarded to the original complainant. Content may be restored when permitted by law if the complainant does not timely notify Sandline of a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

4. Repeat infringement

Sandline may restrict or terminate accounts of members who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly upload content they do not have the right to share. We may also act against knowingly false or abusive copyright reports.

5. Other reports

Members can also use Sandline's in-app report tools for copyright concerns involving messages, comments, shoutouts, or profiles. Other safety, privacy, harassment, or impersonation concerns should use the matching report reason so organizers can route them correctly.

6. Contact
